I don't think you need to go to school to figure out stealing is wrong.

What they don't need is a local government that is so obsessed with the impact of felony records limiting its residents from being hired...that they simply don't prosecute shoplifters.

Mayor Lori Lightfoot:
No felony record = better future job prospects = win

In other words bending to criminals...then the businesses start running away and you have Detroit.
