Isolated incidents don't speak a general truth.Even if you have 20 cases out of thousands of troops ,it doesn't mean much.

I don't understand why BBC et al forget this nugget of wisdom before christening Indian culture as Rape culture when per capita rapes in Britain are 18 times that of India.

I could have understood if they would try to cover up the execution of enemy combatants by their troops in the heat of the battle but no Western/European professional Army would tolerate child rapists within their ranks.You might be used to your 3rd world militias doing that but things like that are not tolerated in France.

Dude,the allegation is that they raped people at check points.Heck,even the Soviet soldiers had the "courtesy" of pulling women away from prying eyes to rape them in WW2.

Unproven accusations, pretty much similar to this report. Kashmiris are notorious lairs and have even planted false evidence on crime scene.
