By there movement you can easily tell they are certainly not UFOs but a couple of kids with lasers.

Ofcourse they are UFOs for some as UFO actually means Unidentified Flying Object.

Maybe some Helis as others said, or even UAVs.
Could even be some parachutes, like they did here (KSA) on Eid, with lights.

What about some rich kids having RC Planes?

Its night time, anything is possible as we could only see flying lights!
