China'a per capita GDP is around 10000 $ this year, don't use old datas , China's increase is tremendou even being meausured by each passing year, and that's one fitth of the humanity incluing people from harsh regions of Tibet, Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia, Han regions can be much higher, let alone in the cities.

Turkey has already borrowed several billions from China last year, Turkey's economy is very small, you can believe it, it's smaller than China's Guangdong province.

As for China's debt, China's debt is also China's assets cause the majority debets China owed are the one's China owed to herself, most major companies in China are state owned, they owe each other money is like China's lef pocket owes money to her right pocket, and China has vast foreign reserves , one third of the world's totall, but Debt in Turkey is a different story.

Choosing between China and turkey is easy. China is a very prosperous neighbor while turkey has a bad reputation for supporting terrorists in Syria and other places.
