I know Salafis and they have nothing in common with ISIS, so let's not be so quick to tarnish someone who doesn't share our beliefs. It is Salafism plain and simple. Only on steroids. The most extreme and heinous form available.
That ideology was there all the time, that was not the problem.Free state elements that stem from a peninsula.
In fact Salafis were the revolutionary part of Sunni Islam and i was interested in them coz they protected Palestine and Hamas against Israel. But unfortunately USA changed their way of thinking. I'm pretty sure that USA killed Salafism alongside the death of Morsi's political power.I know Salafis and they have nothing in common with ISIS, so let's not be so quick to tarnish someone who doesn't share our beliefs.

B@st@rd Obama did it. Trusting Obama killed Salafism. We didn't changed their way of thinking. They just believe what they believe that benefits them.

Obama has already done many betrayals and the killing of BLM was one of them. Currently BLM's leader is drinking coffee with David Rockfeller. In my opinion Obama is a symbol of pathetic devil trying to postpone the death of Imperialists. American people are waking up again like the occupying of wall street. Join them man

Obama and his red lines made sure that ideology got its ''followers'' in Iraq and Syria because of the lack of choice.
What else could the Sunni's(yes sectarian) but to join the only group able to fight Assad and the exclusive government in Iraq?
If this is a blame game then Obama is at fault here.
Thank you old manWe didn't changed their way of thinking. They just believe what they believe that benefits them.

Big BS,there was a real moderate national group the FSA which was promissed support by the west,it got nothing so most of its members were forced to leave for the powerful fighting groups like al-Nusra,al-Caida and whatever the names,ISIS was formed from some of these groups.BS.....A truly national group in Syria would have gotten much more Western support but there isn't such a group.Even when they were faking it back in 2012 their gatherings echoed "death to Amerika" chants. No wonder that such loosers didn't get full support, altough they got much more than they did deserved.
