Colonel Vladislav Shostak told this during a briefing at the ArmyInform News Agency, the Head of the VTP Department and the formation of the DOS of the Department of Military Technical Policy and Development of Weapons and Military Equipment of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

According to him, the relevant issue was discussed during the specialized exhibition "Weapons and Security - 2019". At the same time, both the developments and technologies of the Turkish side and the Ukrainian ones, which were realized during the creation of the high-precision Alder rocket, will be used.

The Turkish partners also discussed issues regarding their possible involvement in the implementation of the Corvette Construction Project for the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

But this is a prospect. Instead, we already have a positive example of such cooperation - the conclusion of an agreement with the Turkish side on the purchase of a certain number of Bayraktar unmanned aerial vehicles and ammunition. It is also important that qualified personnel who have received appropriate certificates have already been trained to use these UAVs effectively. In the near future the complex will be ready for its intended use.

But Turkey already have Hisar-O. Wouldn't Russia mind if it's co-operate with Ukraine?

Hisar-O will enter into inventory within 1 years. It is at the end of firing trials so I don’t suppose Hisar-O will be on agenda to cooperate as complete missile package but Turkey and Ukraine may cooperate on Hisar-N/G-40 missile platform which is in its detail design phase. Russia has nothing to say about any cooperation to be done with Ukraine since Turkiye has totally different cooperation agenda with both states.

Do you mean Hisar-U or is it something different? If yes, then can you provide some details?

ESSM Block-2 equivalent, quad packable naval missile for Navy called G-40; and BUK-M2 equivalent land based missile system for Land Forces based on Hisar-O called Hisar-N is being developed by Tübitak SAGE and Roketsan institutes seperately. Hisar-U/Siper is the long range missile system which is jointly developed by SAGE/Roketsan/Aselsan teams.

G-40

When will it be in production?

As far as I remember, The decision was taken a few years ago and I think It will take 3-4 years in total. We may see the firing trials within 2 years. G-40 is based on SAGE’s Bozdoğan BVR missile while Hisar-N will be on Hisar-O missiles. The common sections of the missiles will accelerate the development period.

Hisar-O is domestic product and russia has nothing to do with it.

We should get liquid rocket engine tech from ukraine

By seeing Hisar A test, I can say that the missile has already used liquid rocket engine.

Technical Specifications
HISAR-A HISAR-O
Intercept Range: 15 km 25 km
Warhead Types : High Explosive Fragmentation High Explosive Fragmentation
Seeker : Midcourse Guidance with Inertial Navigation System and Data Link
Terminal Guadiance with Imaging Infrared Seeker Midcourse Guidance with Inertial
Navigation System and Data Link Terminal Guadiance with Imaging Infrared Seeker

Engine : Dual Pulse Solid Propellant Dual Pulse Solid Propellant
Types of Targets : Fighter Aircrafts Helicopters Cruise Missiles Unmanned Air Vehicles Fighter Aircrafts

Actually this is proof that how Turkish solid fuel tech advanced, last 30 years of development resulted as success. many forum members think same, need to say again the range that written above only for public data, real ranges unknown

I never know that solid fuel can be smokeless like that. My understanding comes from seeing Indonesian solid fuel rocket which has so many smoke like Russian one and seeing Indonesian liquid engine rocket test which is smokeless.

Rhan 450 rocket
