Taking revenge for operations in North Waziristan. They appear to be Uzbeks from IMU, who were hit the hardest in the operation. And it's always easier to carry out such attacks against foreigners than your own kin I guess.

And thank you brothers from Turkey. There is no truer friend of Pakistan than Turkey.

PS: The school is run and owned by army, but the majority of children in these schools tend to be those of average civilians. They must have thought they were attacking army mens' children.

according to the Director General Inter services Public Relations of Pakistan, the terroists wanted maximum casualties in the school, and didnt want any hostages.
