About SCO you're right. for Turkey it is quite fresh after they say they abandon Europe submission (well after Europe said to suspend. but clearly Europe having huge problems now so they won't take anymore country,. i see always many French deputies saying now "it will take much more time to build a real Europe now but we need to be positive about it"). And they are already having a chair in SCO even not a member. Thx for the information anyway... i don't have information how long it would take for Turkey to enter SCO as full member.
