It is the same Red Scare of the 1950s.

The difference is just that the US is now much weaker and, relatively, the rest are much stronger.

Today's Nazi tactics by the US regime worked wonderfully in the 1930s Germany and 1960s US. But, today they are not working. Hence the growing domestic radicalism and political factional extremism in the US.
