Treatment first, payment second. New health care policy for Xinjiang's poor families

Chinese government new health care policy in Xinjiang starting from 2019, for Xinjiang's poor families they can have treatment first and pay the bills later, also the cost is covered by special government healthcare coverage. Thanks for the new policy and government healthcare insurance, the old lady in the video stayed in the hospital for 10 days for treatment and the bill came at only 70 Yuan, around 10 dollars.

Poverty alleviation, Chinese army medical teams in xinjiang

Government study found that many local people living below the poverty line in rural Xinjiang due to sick family members, so curing one sick person amounts to lifting the whole family out of poverty. With this research result, Chinese army medical teams routinely go to remote rural regions in Xinjiang to provide free treatments and medicine to the local farmers and herders and established medical record for each of them, by providing free medical treatment and medicine, they indirectly lifted hundreds of thousands of local rural population out of poverty.

In whole central and south Asia, Xinjiang is the best place one can be born into. It offers almost from craddle to grave welfare, free preschool education, free kingdergarten all the way to high school with free school meals and accomodation, free government housings and medicare. Women and children's right are fully and effectively protected by the law and the government.

Despite of venomous anti China campaign launched by the west, people in Xinjiang still enjoy the highest per capita income, longest and healthiest life span, lowest birth mortality rate with highest innoculation rate against all major disease, highest literacy rate and every child is guaranteed proper education and protection against abuses.

This is called real comprehensive human rights that few if any other central and south Asian countries can provide.

That's about an average restaurant meal for one person in Beijing. How much for a 10 days in hospital treatment cost in western countries?
