I agree with youThe narrative that so called muslim ummah has created of muslim victimhood is so wrong. it is not a muslim vs jews problem.. it is a humanitarian problem where few defenceless human being are facing a devil. please don't call it's a muslim problem.
and you have said something which I wonder how many have understood
I commented with a different angle where I compared the killings by Israelis over these days to what TTP achieved in single day against say hazaras and what ISIS achieved against Iraqis. the magnitude was many fold and the methods were far more personal, hateful and sickening (in my view). yet many "muslims" saw it as a justified means to the ends (eliminate lessor muslims or American agents etc).
you are hitting at the collective conscience of the human beings where my "grief" and "sorrow" is conditional based on "who" the victim is and "who" the perpetrator is.
honestly I dont feel any more or less for these civilians caught in Israeli onslaught than I feel for those Syrian, Afghan, Pakistani and Iraqi civilians who are being blown to bits, beheaded, mutilated and raped by "better" more "amplified" Muslims.
I recall the horror and utter grief in the eyes of the relatives who came to identify the victims of a terrorist bombing in an Indian stock exchange (sorry forgot the name of the place) and I saw those people just like me and my family members. there is simply no justification for spilling the blood of civilians whatever the faith r no faith.
norman finkelstien said it better
