Actually, that's because they suffer from shortage of pilots. The same applies in Bangladesh

That's probably because Indians are so damn skillful at forging degrees, that Airlines can't determine whom to hire and whom not to.

I've never seen a top American graduate go to India after graduation, they all talk about the excessive corruption & (no offense) fi-lth in the country. Secondly, all the Indians that come from India are desperate to stay inside the US at whatever cost, despite the poor economy here, & when I asked them if they wanted to go back to India, they gave me this look like 'are you crazy'?

LOL !! Who are you ? A placement agent ?
Considering the fact that I have interacted with hundreds Indian college graduates, masters students, & industry professionals over many years; ranging from Gujjus, Maharashtrians, South Indians (Bangalore & other cities) as well as people from Delhi & close by areas, I know what I am talking about.

We should not restrict. Hopefully we good continuous supply of well educated work force. What makes me happy is that UGC now has proper evaluation for our lecturers and also is providing them opportunity to present their work at international conferences!!!I have no problem with technically qualified people going to Western Countries, but I am absolutely against medical professionals especially doctors moving to US or UK for better pay. They convientently forget the fact that their education was subsidized by common ranging ranging from the office clerk to farmer, but once they graduate they board the next flight out of India leaving the common man of India in distress. I think the Govt should enact some law by which doctors are forbidden from leaving the country for a period of 10-15 years after he or she graduates.
