Top 20 Country by Total Reserves Including Gold (1960-2018)

Can't believe that for the most part of this video China is nowhere on the list, only pops up in the very end.

Quite impressed by the Swiss. Their currency is so overvalued and yet they are still having current account surpluses.

Or maybe their currency is just highly valued.

Hong kong is pretty impressive, ranking 7th, higher than Korea and India.
Hong Kong is just a trading hub with China. USA & UK also use it to launder money. How do you think Hong Kong protests are funded? Considering the seriousness of the money laundering in Hong Kong which is threatening Chinese security, I am surprised that you find it impressive

Good or bad, it is impressive, the riots will be over eventually, Hong kong is still part of China and one of our own.

20% of HK are christians who are foreign agents and have allegiance to USA. I am not sure if they are someone whom Chinese would call as "one's own".

Hong kong helped China a lot when China first opened up and served as China's biggest trading partner for decades, without Hong kong's contribution, China couldn't have developed this fast and it's been 20 years since Hong kong's return to China, most part of these 20 years Hong kong was a nice and peaceful Chinese city, this year's riot will last forever, it's already lost its momentum and become negative in more and more people's eyes.
Hong kong is one of our own, as are the people in Hong kong, we are the same people, time will integrate Hong kong to the rest of China eventually and completely.
