India has executed 3/4 people in last 2 decades. Indian judiciary following the principle of capital punishment in rest of rare cases. Indian Judiciary waived capital punishment of few people who were not executed after capital punishment for few years. Court maintained that keeping them in search mental stress for long period is almost equal to capital punishment. Hanging them will amount to giving them capital punishment twice which is against the natural justice.

Becoz India is the worlds largest democracy with people of various mindset, ideology and differences voicing their opinion, the press is crazy and chaotic but isnt a state tool. The voices get internationalized is the proof that it isnt controlled. Otherwise we might as well say DPRK is a peaceful country. The fact that such inhumane incidents come to light and we discuss and plan to stop them, is a strength of India not Weakness, whereas you think about how ~23% Hindu become 2% in Pakistan and about the ED's which Imran khan said he will himself stop. About the 40,000 terrorists living in your country,etc etc. Good luck.
