TMC facilitated Maoist activities in Nandigam: IB report - Video | The Times of India

In 2010, when Mamata Banerjee and her Trinamool Congress (TMC) had formed a covert alliance with the Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) in the run-up to the State Assembly elections to unseat the then ruling Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI-Marxist) Government, Maoist violence in West Bengal had peaked. With 425 Maoist-linked fatalities, supported & aided by TMC the State secured the dubious distinction of recording the highest insurgency-linked killings in the country in that year. Fatalities had mounted continuously since 2008, when Banerjee’s mischievous alliance with the Maoists commenced, before which West Bengal was, at worst, a State only marginally afflicted with Left Wing Extremist (LWE) violence.

Should TMC be declared a violent extremist party & threat to India's national security & be declared illegal ? @DRAY @Mike_Brando @scorpionx @asquare @The Huskar

This was/is an open secret. TMC was/is in bed with Naxals. Although its policies in naxal dominated areas have been moderately successful.

TMC is just continuing where the CPI-M left except they bought hardcore jamaatis into the equation.Declaring them enemy of state would only further their cause and cement their foundation in Bengal.Time for overt action is long past,I believe it's time for covert actions.

Well bhai what can i say,Bengal is slowly but surely turning into another Azamgarh(only this time the entire province is at risk) of the 21st century. If these elements go on unchecked for some more time then the future of Bengal will be bleak.
