I suggest you go look at a map and then try being a smart alec. There is highway connectivity up to Guwahati and rail up till Tinsukia in Assam. So the issue is not about "chicken corridor". You only need about 500 m of land for a transit corridor, chicken neck is still 15 Km wide at its narrowest point.
So stop flattering yourself, surely you have other things going on for Bangladesh to feel all self important about ? Right now Indian government thinks its easier to bend over Bangaldeshi government and score transit, than expediting the ongoing railway construction.
As for the power plants, mind you NER of India is power surplus. So we will sell the power generated by these plants being constructed to you lots, and no we won't be doing any charity.
