Azad Kashmir should be made part of punjab and GB of KP. Especially Azad Kashmir where Pakistani law and Pakistani supreme Court rules are not followed yet atleast 'officially'. Tit for tat move!

India always cry whenever development is made by foreign countries in Pakistani side of Kashmir so this will nullifying their protest. Will be much easier for Pakistan to get loans from international organisations such as World bank for huge projects like water dams.

If they have to be made a province why merge them. They should be allowed to have their adentity and if need be these should be separate provinces.
