Azad Kashmir should be made part of punjab and GB of KP. Especially Azad Kashmir where Pakistani law and Pakistani supreme Court rules are not followed yet atleast 'officially'. Tit for tat move!

India always cry whenever development is made by foreign countries in Pakistani side of Kashmir so this will nullifying their protest. Will be much easier for Pakistan to get loans from international organisations such as World bank for huge projects like water dams.

That will be an ideal solution but doesn't seem probable. For now, this tit for tat move will give befitting reply to Indian govt. India always cry whenever there is foreign lead development in Pakistani side of Kashmir be it cpec or any world bank backed project infact we don't get funds because of it being disputed territory.

Pakistan should not do anything that gives India a counter-legitimacy of its crimes against Kashmiris. Gilgit Baltistan is with Pakistan and they are peaceful territories as other parts of the country. Why should we replicate India's historic mistakes against our people? For what eventual gain?

Pakistan should continue to give Kashmiris a sense of security and ownership of their territory. In this hard time, we need to tell them that Pakistan is not after a land-grab and stands with them for their struggle of Independence from India. If you consider, Azad Kashmir is the launchpad for all future independent movements which both sides of Kashmiris will initiate agast occupying forces. Let this territory be under the ownership and control of Kashmrisi, as they want it.

That will be counter-productive. Instead of using the Indian actions as violation of UN resolution and going on an aggressive diplomatic offensive, we'd be giving justification to India.

Lest we forget Indians would be fully fine with accepting the LOC as the international border. It is Pakistan that is adamant about no giving up claim on the Indian occupied Kashmir.

So I don't see this move as a tit for that - more of a axing your own claim.

Brother its all about legitimacy.... Allied could had done terrible things to captured nazis but they trialed them... and then hanged them.. just for their generation to look their elders up.. at least now, when india raises Azad kashmir an issue they have to deal with their 'action' first which will further raise question, again and again. UN won't listen to you. There is no militarily solution to Kashmir as no country will back off from their claims. We need to reply India with some similar tactics. Status quo policy has not yielded any result. Making Azad Kashmir part of punjab doesn't mean making loc as permanent border just like Afghanistan doesn't consider durran line as final border.

No, this will legitimize Indian claims. Pakistan should and will continue to stick to its demands of plebiscite as promised to Kashmir's.

Unfortunately there will be a massacre of civilians by the way Indian's intend to take things but it will also strengthen the armed movements and they should be prepared to take casualties too.

We need to build the narrative and then go for the kill and hence no need to do that. Indian screams and SOBs have always been ignored. AJK is essentially our part as people there love Pakistan.
