My greatest friend invited me to attend festival and his house was near shandur but due to major problems i couldn't accepted his invitation.

Are there any organized groups that go from Lahore or Islamabad to Shandur during the festival? I really want to go to GB and Shandur festival at least once in my life but cant seem to find anybody else who wants to go there when im in Pak (im from Lahore) :/

no sorry as much as i know it a traditional festival where rivals GILGIT play CHITRAL no sorry no team from lahore or karachi come its not easy plus who cares when there is so much entertainment

Oh I didnt mean in terms of teams from ISL or LHR going to play. Rather meant group of tourists from these cities who travel up north to see the match between Gilgit and Chitral and enjoy the Shandur festival. There must be some tourist groups going up from these cities but I dont know any hence me asking
