Time for Pakistan to Integrate Gilgit-Baltistan

@Selous GB is the administrative territory of Pakistan. It is a disputed Kashmir region together with azad kashmir and integral parts like IOK etc. SO in short it is not possible to integrate GB with Pakistan because it effects Kashmiri cause and illegal.

Jazzakallah for that info...I don't really know much about GB (I have neither been there nor do I have family there) but I saw this article and posted it to get more info on the topic and encourage a lively debate

Well Pakistan justifies its treatment to the region Gilgit Baltistan, but what about the revenue the region earns from trade and customs duties with China — valued at half a billion dollars. Why this double game

All in due time after the weighing in of the merits and demerits of doing so vis-a-vis the Kashmir issue. Although in this case the problem has less to do with Kashmir and more to do with political accommodation and seat wrangling.

Double standards are nothing new vis-a-vis perceived national interests. Pakistan is not alone in that.

There is no need for crocodile tears. You and I don't care about the plight of the Kashmiri people. Had we really cared about the plight of the Kashmiris we wouldn't be arguing about irrelevant tidbits. Do you really think a common Kashmiri cares about such nonsensical issues? The Kashmiris are torn apart from each other on both sides for far too long. All they care about is being united. They could care less about our useless bickering.

Not really. There are other regions in the world that have various levels of self deception and righteousness. The operating term is righteousness and so each collective of societies thinks that it has reached the levels of nirvana and hence it is correct.. or that freedoms granted are always for the best. After all, why cant certain animals such as cats, dogs and parrots eat chocolate?? Are they not being deprived of it?
