Poor attempt at a spin, settlers are foreign Jews brought in by the Israeli gov't, which uses the Israeli army to forcefully occupy and assume land in the Palestinian West Bank. After which they construct homes/apartments for these foreign Jewish migrants(to Israel). They do not have permission to do so from the Palestinian authority. If they did, they wouldn't bring multiple brigades of the IDF to transfer those settlers. They purchased close to nothing.
