Bangladeshi Hindus are not Indian people. They are East Bengali Hindus.
There are no difference at all between Bangladeshi Hindus and Muslims. Both are living as brothers and friends since a long time. Only there are few incidents where some communal tensions arise when some Hindus use Facebook to criticize Islam, Prophet Mohammad and Muslims.

In general Hindus and Muslims in Bangladesh are very friendly to each other.
