The Express Tribune and News Tribe are two entirely different things. There is a difference between the words 'Tribe' and 'Tribune'. The OP's source never claimed to be The Express Tribune.

Yes i know omar bhai there are good people out there too, i also have indian friends in this forum.

But still your statement should equally be applied on Pakistan as well. When some terrorists kills anyone, they are the first one who pops up and dont miss these sort of opportunities to bash Pakistan, declaring us terrorists and so on.
And by the way we are eradicating these terrorists but what have they done in their own country? they put a well known terrorists into power.
