Lowta is Urdu / Hindi word which mean vessel in English. It is used in India and Pakistan and other countries. Most travelers found out about it by going to the countries where they use lowta in restrooms / bathroom and there is no paper in there to use. Lowta used for different purposes. Lowta is water Vessel, the most common use for bathroom or rest room, and other use of Lowta is for Islamic Wadu. In different cultures it is used for cleansings like Tibetan monks used it for wash. The new Research showed it is better to wash rather than wiping it off. For example if cloths get dirty they need to be washed rather than wiped off, if they wiped, then it is not clean so if clothes needed to be cleaned it is very common sense to wash them. Term Lowta also used to describe politicians who always flip flop sides. If one party labeled lowta it could cost them election and project very bad image.
