Lets hope world war 3 doesn't start By my point of view there will be no overall winner due to many countries armed with nuclear bombs would be just mass killing by the millions no crops just a stone world ;D

Amount of money spent wont even be a factor. And if there's a third world war, it'll definitely go nuclear. So money spent wont matter at all then. And I doubt the UK or India would survive it, though Russia might (which is missing). And by the way, the USSR doesn't exist anymore, so there's no way it could win a third world war.
