It proves that the Aryan invasion brought hinduism to sub-continent. They created the caste-based hierarchy and enslaved the black Dravidians, who were the true inhabitants of sub-continent. They have been oppressing the Dravidian Dalits for thousands of years in the name of caste system.

varna refers to color , hence the caste system is based on color tone , but apologetic Hindu will deny it by cooking up a false interpretation to varna ..
