Cumans and the Pechenegs perhaps. The Gokturks and the Byzantines were also allied against Sassanid Persia it is said the Gokturks sent soldiers to the Byzantines as a token of goodwill perhaps they settled in Anatolia. You also have the Bulgars that served the Byzantines.

There is evidence that quite a few of them migrated, Abraham Ibn Daud mentioned encountering them in Spain. It's even suspected that one of Pakistan's own tribes (Gujjars) might be related to them.

Chechens, and Dagestanis are J2 and J1. They have been there since well before the bronze age.

Thanks for this video, I have passing interest in history so didn't know details of Turk invasions of middle east. Sunni Turks in 10th century wage war against Shia Egypt. Shia Turks in 17th century forcefully convert their Iranian subjects in to shiasm.

Turks were only ones to conquer whole subcontinent. Before Islam they also successfully changed demographics of central asia.

Without these turks islamic world map would look very very different today. And to think these turks were pushed down from steppe by other stronger steppe Turk clans. Repeat of history since thousands of years.

2nd or 3rd most populous nation in Eastern Europe are ancient Turkic nations, but most of them are adapted to the Slavic culture and lost Turkic roots.
