Since when do people need to see "evidence"? People believe all kinds of things, even in the face of better than evidence: mathematical proof. It's a mathematical truth that the house always wins, yet people trip over each other to give what little they have to Las Vegas casinos.
Except Trump's. Those manage to defy mathematics and lose money.
