A small country cannot be a superpower. Without Scotland, Britain would be too small to be a superpower.

Is Britain a superpower? Hell no they lost this title more then 70 years now. They are regional power but not super power

But Scotland is already a democracy and is pretty free. How would they impose democracy there?
