Even the middle earth has black people. Where they are from?

I'm a Middle earth loremaster and there are indeed black people in ME, they come from the South-East of ME, which is corresponding to Middle East version of Africa.
But at this point in time, they were undeveloped and worshiped Morgoth and Sauron (the evil gods), so it makes no sense to see them in the West of ME (the land we know in the books/movies).
