I would love to have President system with limited autonomy to the provinces (13 to 15 smaller provinces). If we give too much power to the provinces, corrupt mafia will launder development money and hide behind 18th amendment. This is exectly what PPP doing in Sindh.
We can not give more power to provinces until strong anti-corruption laws can be created and a mechanism to implement these laws are there. also if someone is caught in corruption, case can go to special anti-corruption court which can give the verdict within 4 weeks (possibly 2 weeks extension, total 6 weeks).

i wish khi could becone a federal territory and we can see development like islamanabad. khi is rotting and it needs serious intervention
