IK is a sensible man. Its a very good step that he has taken to write to UN. I wish he also write to UN about ISIS killing Iraqis, or Taliban (the bad ones) killing innocents in Pakistan itself, not to forget those Ahemedias and Shias getting killed by extremists in (again) Pakistan. Anyways its a good start. Keep it up.

Selective outrage, as you mention above, will never go very far. IK's stance has no credibility without the other things also being mentioned.

Imran Khan is quoting the UN charter to score political mileage in this letter. He had a memory lapse and forgot the UN charter also gives Ahmadis the right to worship in freedom but he passionately defended the states sectarianism in declaring Ahmadis kafir.

The truth is, we Muslims have entered a time where there is no second option, things have gotten completely worse, but still there is more worse to come. Writing letters & talking to an organization which till date has never delivered & has only protecting evil is only waste of time.

They did and Russia refused any intervention in Syria, so as usual the problem is the same, the UN is controlled by the superpowers and it is a tool for their benefits.
