The Anguish of Every Muslim Voiced by its True Leader l Tayib Erdogan

Today in the whole Islamic world only one leader has the guts to speak out on all issues pertaining to the UMMA, his name is Tayib Erdogan. There were a few more leaders in the past who were very vocal, but they had a very short shelf life. I salute Turkeys President for his bold stance and wish him long life and safety.
You definitely don’t know what is politics ?

Even though i am a supporter, but big words until in action are mere words...

I think he was the only one who had the guts to send a flotilla of medical and aid ships to Gaza ,In spite of Israel blockading the whole region.

I can't speak a whole lot, due to my disconnection with Turkish politics. But from what I know, he has struggled a bit in the domestic scene lately and has been unable to keep up his promises, and he's unlikely to win the next election. Some people here feel he's not doing good on foreign relations, but then again, Turkish people consider most to be untrustworthy.

Personally, I do appreciate his comments on issues like Palestine which is an international issue. But then again, first things for anyone and any person is his and her Nation. Anything else comes after.

Lastly, I think we need to stop putting him forward as a leader of an imaginary Islamic World. His comments on international and humanitarian issues like Palestine are appreciable, and we should appreciate them coming from him as the President of Turkey, not as anyone else.

He is at odds with a lot of powers, they did try to oust him through a failed coup, when that failed they are trying to harm the economy of his country. Yes he has taken a tougher route by antagonising Israel, buying Russian hardware, differing on Syrian and Libyan issues with the Arabs, challenging EU,trying to form an alternative OIC block, voicing the Uighur issue, talking about Palestine and Kashmir and many many more.

If you can give me another name who at least consoles with any Islamic issues vocally and boldly.

The coup attempt was by FETO, foreign powers don't have to do anything because he won previous election barely and is likely losing the upcoming one due to domestic issues.

You need to understand Turkish politics or the political atmosphere there, at least. It is very polarized. Like I said, for any person, their nation comes first, not Ummat, and this is seriously true for the secular republic of Turkey. I don't want to talk too much; some people think that confrontrations with other nations is due to bad foreign policy, and that some of his domestic decisions were bad. So, for them, if he isn't delivering well for Turkey, it is justifiable to them to not support him.

Now comes my issue and the issue for Pakistan here.

By calling him a leader for the Islamic World, which is non existent by the way, you're not helping anyone. You're building a gap, and widening that gap between Turkish and the Pakistani people. Some associate him with a bad form of Islamism, some associate him with bad domestic policies which they feel is affecting them, and they may feel he should focus better on foreign policy and domestic issues, and so on; seeing another people support specifically that person and praise him to no extent, that too from a religious perspective that many do NOT appreciate, it will only distance them more from Pakistani people.

I hope you understand the sensitivity, and the circumstances. This is why I am insisting that you appreciate only his comments and actions for the international and humanitarian issues, coming from him as the President of Turkey.

I partially agree with you on the existence of the defunct Islamic Ummah. Those who stood for it in the past paid for it with their lives and harm to their nations economy. The spark(Muslim Ummah) although tiny at the moment will exist in every Muslims heart as long as he follows the religion. Erdogan is paying the price for his bold stances by antagonising the US,EU,GCC.India,China and Israel. The powers will fund his opponents, harm his economy(Impose trade barriers),attempt his removal and malign his image. For me he is the only voice that speaks louder on our issues.
United we stand divided we fall.:pakistan:

You're praising to no extent and putting a guy in a high position, who half the people of Turkey feel has f*cked them in the last decade, and don't like him. They won't like you either if you keep it up.
Bro i am a regular visitor to Turkey and going there again in a fortnight. No leader or politician commands absolute support in their countries. Two people look through the same bars one sees the mud and one the stars. The easiest route for Erdogan to please his people is to be honky dory again with TRUMP,NETANYAHU and PRINCE SALMAN.

You got my post deleted but I told you as it is.

I told you as it is. You can believe anything you like that; that they're being foolish, that you know their issues better than them, or whatever. In the end, by supporting a political player, you're pushing away half of them and widening the gap from yourself.
