I think over population of school class rooms is a key reason. Wonder how many students are present in a Chinese class room. In India, an average class room strength can be around 70 or more.

why do you put stock in these so called "indicators"? in the end what matters is IP and papers. WIPO patents and Nature Index are what I look for, others don't matter.

What hurts me more is the fact that our western neighbour is not even in the list.
Also since you guys trash talk gulf countries , look even Saudi Arabia and UAE have made it to the list. Wheres atmi taqat?
