I go to Singapore often and seriously I don't find it expensive, it's actually good value for money food and transport wise.

I agree, good cheap meals can be had at the food courts. I miss that here in Canada.

I am assuming they factored in having personal transport as a required obligatory cost....then yeah things get expensive fast in Singapore because of COE.

But you can get by on just public transport tbh. Cheap, fast and well networked.

Wow One of the cheapest city is in Argentina.

Good points, I'd also factor in the strength of £ sterling and the purchasing power affect.
