Fantasic news! Should pinpoint a few such industries and focus on upgrade of production facilities and equipment for them to boost exports.

Pakistan's current textile plants are at full output. Our exports with be surging even more if previous governments had devoted more to boosting light industrial exports.

we should not cling to textiles only..its cutthroat and difficult, and countries with no other resources and very uneducated labor will be difficult to beat

we need to work on four key sectors
1. IT very big potential. Every matric pass can learn basic coding and datasheet work
2. pharma..big potential in packaging
3. small engnr goods, this is important since china is outsourcing some of these, we need to step in
4. food items packaging

New Textile Policy
>30,000 looms have been ordered to enhance the capacity of Production
> Exports are target to be increased from 13 B USD now to 26 B USD in 2025
> Increased implementation of Hemp (because it contains expensive fiber than Cotton)
> Set up a new institute to enhance the seed of cotton (china will help in it)
> Four Brother corporation to introduce the seed for Barani areas of Pakistan. Test have been conducted in Chakwal/ Talagang. 45 Mand yield gain from an acre
> Every year in next five year, 1 B USD will be allocated as a relief to the textile sector (which include subsidy on electric and gas, direct investment, training, etc)
> By the end of 2025, 5 million new workforces is expected to be added to the sector
