End of the year is too late. If at all this is really happening, all modalities would complete before May,2024, i.e before General Election. Else, it will never happen. For May,2024 date to be met, in general, Tesla must have completed site selection by now. or may be , central Govt will fast-track it even if tesla complets site selection by December,.
