There is a limit to how much you can upgrade an aircraft. An upgraded 3rd gen aircraft is no match for modern 3/3.5 gen jets flying in the skies.

now as for current scenario we have the tecknical edge and the neumarical superriorty as well and are constantlli training with all the best air forces of the world and get regular inputs about your F16 by doing exercises with them as singaporean BLK52 sare permanetlli based in india and israeli experts

and all owr fighter aircrafts are BVR capable with the latest leathel tech money can buy in todays world and we keep evolving owr air warfare doctroine according to latest inputs regarding technikal and training support

as for future FGFA & Rafale are on order+LCA is turning owt as a very potent multi role fighter(latest-its been intigrated with latest BVR version of Israeli Derby ER Missile) and work has been done on a very high priorty basis to fast track R&D of AMCA & AURA

so dont worry about uswe know what we want and have all that it takes to achive owr goals good luck to your PAF

2.or when you have no choice but to attack before your enemy gets more powerfull than you are
