Talibans rhetoric contradicts their reality. They claim that they do not intentionally attack civilians but in reality we see all too frequently innocents killed by their hands. For example, in their spring campaign Taliban specifically address the issue of civilian casualties and vowed to avoid them. But the United Nations called May 2011 the bloodiest month for Afghan civilians since 2007. Three hundred sixty eight civilians killed and 593 wounded, 82% of the casualties were attributed to Taliban and anti government forces.

Is not the shameless attack on Kabul Intercontinental Hotel yet another attempt by Taliban, the enemy of peace and civil order, to destroy the historical buildings, businesses of Afghanistan and terrorize those who wish to rebuild Afghanistan? We extend our condolences and prayers to the families and the victims of this blatant attack on Kabul Intercontinental Hotel which left many dead and wounded. Dear readers, attacks such as these are, unfortunately, not the first of such terrorist assaults on privately owned hotels, government institutions, schools, and markets in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Associated Press Of Pakistan ( Pakistan's Premier NEWS Agency ) - UN official condemns use of young child as suicide bomber
Coward Taliban militants do not have the courage to face the Afghan, Pakistani and International Security and Assistance Forces, so instead they use children in suicide attacks. Taliban are in great fear that future generations of educated Afghans and Pakistanis will be loyal to their country and its best interest, and not to Mullah Omar, TTP or Al-Qaeda (AQ). With that fear in their mind Afghan Taliban and the TTP target innocent people with indiscriminate violence, oppressive practices, and the imposition of an extremist ideology. Since the beginning of this year only, their suicide attacks have killed over 400 and injured over 750 Pakistanis.
