I'll just say it. Chinese people are pretty racist especially towards darker skinned people. One of the problems with growing up in a homogeneous society is they don't pick up on this. Some of the things I've heard is pretty shocking and I point it out whenever I can. One bright spot is the younger generation seems to be more sensitive then older generation so there's hope.
