The problem is that they have realized their weaknesses and will definitely work to rectify them as soon as possible.

However, we shouldn't sit back and think we can take them on we have to also plan to counter their strategies when they learn and rectify their shortfalls. Things need to improve and evolve from our side.

The scary thing is that they believe we have a nuclear "bluff". When infact it is not a bluff but reality. They might try to check if we are serious and that escalation ladder will make us also retain the escalation ladder and nuclear war could be triggered by them provoking us.

Modi is such a blessing for Pakistan. He has done an amazing job at damaging India's reputation, demoralizing the Indian army, re-igniting Kashmir movement, which was almost dead, re-enforcing the two-nation theory, and letting India loose its position on international platforms. Sir considering the long term development projects Pakistan may not raise funds suggested by you the most practical way is to go for long term defense agreements for new hi tech equipment mostly with credit lines just like done in case of Type 54P frigates or Turkish corvettes and helicopters. On other hand we may spare funds from here and there to get small batches of Mi35s and other SAMs/ ATGMs. The funds shall be available in next 7-8 Years once the economic corridor projects are fully operational.
The next orders should be for long range SAMs/Radars and modern MBTS.

In case of PAF we should go for V upgrade if available in near future for at least two to three squadrons of F16s. The induction of block 3 JF17 along with F16Vs can keep parity between PAF and IAF till induction of true 5th gen jet.

A perfect answer for those Indians online and fan boys arguing that indian military budget is way bigger than Pakistan and Pakistan is so easy to defeat.A simple example is even if you are earning 10 lakhs a month if you don't know how to manage and utilize your resources you are doomed to fail. Yes comparatively our resources are less but we are trying to get the most out of them.
