The truth is " legally" he did nothing wrong ..he paid cheap for the land but he did paid...the culprits are malir development authority who gave the land so cheap

Bahria town is going to bring in investment rather than destroying that investment plea bargain is right way to go..

If you want to mimic other developing govts this the way..if not than we will start back in 1970s

Yes is is far from city center
So typical person was not interested in buying land so far away from city due to lack of Infrastructure

Bahria Town helped bridge the Gap in Infrastructure (Roads, Hospitals , Mosques , Stadium)

Anyone can see it on Google world..if that land is worth 460b..than we can oay our debt by just selling off lands..doesnt work that way..the land worth is only if its developed which takes "trust" and "Money"

Do this bargaining option avilable only for powerful elites and big fishes out there or SC give this option to every criminal out there? If NAB does the plea bargain, it is wrong but if SC does it, it is right

Paying 460b over seven years period is not big deal for Bahria or malik riaz who just made a mockery of justice system and will probably make double/triple money form these projects in 7 years time..Major CHUNK of this money will probably go in account of those who are running Sindh/karachi government so money will go back to actual culprit who soldthe land to malik riaz cheaply lol Don't forget that Bahria town in Lahore and Islambad have enormous land issues as well and no one will touch malik riaz now
