I take this thing from a very different angle. I think, just like many of so called Mujahideen were trained by CIA in many things eg war technologies or even weapon making. Turning a guy into a suicidal attacker is another such art.
I am of the opinion, that CIA operatives are still sitting somewhere in Afghanistan and Pakistan and producing such suicide attackers.
If Pakistan just make a list of orphans adopted by foreigners, or, by these people, the telling all story will not be that difficult. Specially if Pakistan investigate that whose son that was, and also take DNA matching to assurity, all these suicide schools will be naked.

Hi i don’t know how difficult it is to control suicide attacks when can understand you can not plug your border fully but I think even USA kind of country can not plug their borders fully
but why can’t police/ and agencies stop the basis items to be used in these suicidal attacks why can’t ball bearings and other items which are easily available in the local markets been streamlined and put a proper check and balance before buying these items most of these suicidal vest been put up through the items readily or easily available
or at least the items used in these vests should be under government shops from where one has to buy through proper channel at the end of the day if you can’t stop or eliminate the bigger threat at least naturalise the local things which can create these attacks
I hope some more senior member can shed more light on my post about the idea I’m floating to stop the smaller issues or cut the line so the bigger issues can be solved later or at least will be too less to tackle

Suicide attack on CTD Police Station Lahore has been thwarted (stopped). The suicide bomber is killed. Suicide jacket, hand grenades, pistol & ammunition recovered.

Details:
Early morning at 5:30 am today (24 November 2020), a person tried to enter CTD Police Station, Burki Road, Lahore. Security official deployed in check post tower asked him to tell his name. The terrorist immediately opened fire at the CTD security official with a pistol but the bullets missed the CTD official. The CTD security official retaliated to stop the terrorist. Resultantly, the attacker died on the spot.

When his body was searched, a suicide jacket was found on it. 02 hand grenades along with the pistol were also found. BDS (Bomb Disposal Squad) was called on the spot. Area has been cordoned off. A search operation has been launched to find his handler.

It is now clear that he was a suicide bomber who would have blown himself in the Police Station if not stopped immediately. His identity is being ascertained. The CTD security official has shown a great act of bravery and stopped the attack.

The CTD Security personnel deployed on the check post must be commended for being vigilant (that too in the cold early morning), bravely retaliating with a precise kill shot and save number of his comrades present in the police station.

The intelligence reports just indicate the possibility of a terrorist attack ,they don't exactly pinpoint the location in a huge city like lahore. It's impossible to determine where the terrorists are going to attack in a huge city like lahore.

It's nothing new, Indian terrorism has been going on for years and recently hit a record low. After 2019 they realised their conventional forces are utter garbage so they went all out in their efforts to terrorise Pakistan, hence the slight rise this year. The Pandemic hasn't helped either.
