I think because of Shipping hub concept by SL, also China need a good friend when they dealing with Indian ocean. So they may be supporting us right now to gain BIGGER advantage in the future. Yep, in the Indian Ocean.

Yeh I see, because its weird, Pakistan who is China better ally, is not investing into Pakistan like SL.

Guess its about where China see the best benefits coming from in the future, as SL doesnt have much hate for India, it has to win over SL people by giving it economical help. SL cant, it has a big tourism industry and India are the biggest visitors, and BCCI has bailed out SL cricket board many times, except for the SLPL

Actually Indian visitors mostly not spending that much, they choose SL coz it's cheap to travel.

F-7 jets, Y-12 transport aircraft's, MA-60 transport aircraft's, K-8 advanced jet trainer, CJ-6 training aircraft's.

I dont understand why China is doing more infrastructure and economical help with Sri Lanka rather then Pakistan.

Pakistan is 10 times bigger with more potential.

China is doing more infrastructure for Pakistan than any other country in the world, maybe combined. Roads, Dams, Bridges, Hospital, Port, Powerplants, etc, railways soon.

These are merely Patrol Vessels for coast guard and not related with defence. Buy few Destroyers, Frigates.

You need to look at tourists that that come ur nation most year, not like westerns who mainly come in summer time.

Why ?? May i know the reason ? You should worry, We have such intention and i am sure you muct be aware about our aggression and evil mind since you are on PDF for very long.

IF India is enemy of SL, then there can be some conflict in future. It takes long time to develop defence. If God forbid, Something happens between India-SL, China won't help SL. Be 100% sure on that. Even if comes to help, it will take long time and also need to cross malacca strait (near our Andaman Nicobar Island). On other side, We will need only few minutes.

This is time for SL to improve her defence. Every country has right to defend her country. Nothing is wrong in that. SL needs some 50 quality Aircraft, 2-3 destroyers/Frigates, some 1,000 KM Missile to hit at least Tamil nadu, SAM to stop our Missile and many more.

Our South Wing is different from West and East wing. In War, Our South Navy, Air Force and Madras Regiment will be in south only.

See our intention, We are deploying 40 Tejas in early 2013 in Tamil Nadu near SL.

For North, West, East - We have different plan.
