Mate that is often repeated but a popular misconception.. The SSG were instrumental in SLA commando forces training just like how the SAS was for the SL para police force the STF

But SL SF and it's black ops unit the LRRP are solely indigenous in operational training.. It's a highly secretive elite unit with no out side influence for obvious reasons.. To date the GOSL does not officially recognize it's existence

I was talking about the Lankan SOF not this unit in particular. SSG had its own blackops unit which was sent to Lanka to help in training etc. Its known as ZARRAR.

The guy above retook a Indian plane from Sikh hijackers. Sri Lanka also refused Israeli requests for granting bases for attacking Pakistani nuclear installations. Our soldiers who were or are sent to Lanka for training come with a very positive opinion of the people and officers.

There have only been two such incidents involving Sikh extremists and neither involved Pakistani forces in anyway shape or form.

You are referring to Pan Am Flight 73 in Karachi I suppose. The hijackers were Islamic radicals not Sikh. A sad incident, casualties were high.

Hmmm, never heard about this incident or could find anything about it on any of the lists of airline hijackings. This happened before Op Bluster though.
