Waqar Seth, CJ Peshawar Highcourt. If i am not wrong, this is same judge who recently also passed a controversial judgment wrt BRT few days ago . I belief there should be across board accountability but even when i saw that judgement, i felt the judge was crossing line, like by passing NAB and involving FIA whose domain it was not, or framing questions, basically making a charge sheet even before matter is investigated.
Could be another of those judges like LHC ones or justice Esa..."N" ones..
