India is friends with both Iran and Israel. India is friends with both USA and Russia. Don't forget India was the leader of the Non-Aligned movement. India is also friend with Israel and USA which unfortunately Iran is not too happy about. They sell you petrol and want you to continue to buy it - but when it comes to wars you know well which side they are on.
