Good for Russia.

It certainly is good for Russia, or the US, or South Korea, or Japan... China or whoever makes the phones being sold (and the carrier and service provider), but I have to wonder, is the market in Russia looking to expand relative to Japan and Europe because there is so much demand in Russia, or is it because they are behind the curve and every other mentioned nation already sees their citizens own smart phones? In the US, most of us already have one, so Russia could even be a larger market then we are... assuming this conjecture is true.
