Even 60 seems a very lofty target for India though, Southern states , a few NE and western ones are doing pretty well but the cow belt states need to catch up fast

Without UP, Bihar, Odisha and Rajasthan India would be more or less at the same level as Sri Lanka.

Without the North and Eastern provinces of Sri Lanka with was devastated by the civil war for for 30 years that just ended 5 years ago.. SL would be at least at the top 30.. Just saying

Not really.. For the sake of your argument.. If Bangladesh who are ranked 99th would exclude most provinces and account Dhaka and Chittagong they would be top 50, Pakistan if they exclude the North West provinces and Balochistan would be top 60.. If India exclude certain parts of it's country and go up 40 ranks.. Why wouldn't any of these countries go up 30 ranks if they exclude less developed areas ?

Dont understand me wrongly.
Sri Lanka is the only South Asian country apart from India that I actually respect.
But to reach top 30 you have to export more valuable goods than some spices

If SL reached 60 in the world exporting mere spices, You take away it's under performing regions, It will reach 30 rankings points up, Spices or not.. I mean if India can go up 40 ranks by pick and choosing it's states why shouldn't Bangladesh, Pakistan and SL go up 30 ranks if they exclude theirs ? Your logic not mine..

Because India is able to manufacture and supply valuable goods.

Quite a dilemma i see.. Cos SL reach 60 in Human Capital by exporting spices, With it's education, skills development and deployment.. After all thats what Human Capital is.. But India ranks 100 with it's ability to manufacture and export valuable goods!! ..Those must be some crazy a$$ spices SL is exporting!!!

I bet you can google up SL economic stats mate.. After all i expect you not to be from either Up, Bihar or Orissa..

Unfortunately Swiss schools do not teach anything about Sri Lanka.
