ISLAMABAD, Dec 5 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Dec, 2018 ) :Sindh Transport Minister Owais Shah Wednesday said the provincial government decided to amend its Motor Vehicle Ordinance to prevent motorcycle theft.

He said that the people will not be able to get their new and old motorcycles registered until they get a tracker installed on the two-wheeler, a private news channel reported. The minister said that he has sent the summary to the Sindh Chief Minister for approval.

Mainly because we have too many and NO ONE in Pakistan knows driving rules and regulations.
Example there are rules to change lane... can you tell me when it's permitted to change lane, and what to look before changing lane?

There needs to be compulsory driver training and rider training the rush on the roads is because people have no lane discipline.

No amount of training is useful if we are corrupt by nature and selfish.
If we have to teach, we need to begin from school, class 1 and after 10 years you'll have generation, which is law abiding by nature and see the value in abiding law, even when police man is not looking.

Is Sindh Gov providing insurance policy against theft of all motorcycles registered or to be in Sindh?

These kind of conditions come from insurance companies, on select high end vehicles.
